Email addresses and Daily Manna subscriptions
When you subscribe to Daily Manna emails, this site collects your email address, your device's general time zone, consent record, subscription status, and delivery information such as confirmation, bounce, and unsubscribe events. This information is used only to provide and administer the Daily Manna email program.
How information is shared
This site does not sell or rent subscriber information. Email addresses may be shared only with service providers that help deliver and operate the email program, and only for that purpose. Subscription information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Subscriber information is kept only as long as needed to operate the program, meet legal obligations, prevent unwanted messages, and document consent or cancellation. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to limit access to this information.
Your choices
Every Daily Manna email includes an unsubscribe link that can be used to stop future program emails. You may also visit this site to request access, correction, or deletion of your subscriber information, subject to any records that must be retained by law.
Bible Reading accounts, plans, and groups
If you create a Bible Reading account, this site collects your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (never your plain-text password), and, if you provide one, your name. It also stores the reading plan you set up, your day-by-day reading progress, and — if you join or start a reading group — your group membership and your progress within that group.
How Bible Reading account information is used
This information is used to operate your account and keep your reading plan and progress saved between visits, to show your progress on a shared reading schedule to the other members of any group you belong to, and, if you choose to leave the daily reminder setting on, to send you a daily email reminding you to read. This site also sends occasional account emails you cannot opt out of individually — such as a one-time welcome email after your first reading plan is created, a password-reset email if you request one, and a group-invitation email if someone invites you to a group — because these are tied to actions you or someone in your group took, not ongoing marketing.
How Bible Reading account information is shared
This site does not sell or rent Bible Reading account information. It is shared only with service providers that help operate the site and deliver email, and only for that purpose. Within a reading group, your name or email and your day-by-day progress are visible to the other members of that same group — that visibility is the point of a shared group reading plan — but it is never shared outside the group or used for marketing.
Your Bible Reading account choices
You can turn the daily reading reminder email on or off at any time from the My Plan page. You can also permanently delete your Bible Reading account from the My Plan page, which removes your account, your reading plan and progress, and your group memberships; this is separate from unsubscribing from reminder emails, which only turns off the reminder and keeps your account and progress intact.

The iOS app
The Church Life app for iOS opens this website inside the operating system's own secure web view. Any account credentials or session data used to sign in are stored only inside that isolated web area -- the app does not copy them into separate app storage. The app itself includes no advertising, third-party tracking SDKs, or analytics. Today's Daily Manna reading is cached on your device so you can read it offline; that cached copy is the only information the app stores outside the web view.
Children's privacy
This site and app are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
